Terms of Use

Welcome to NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. About This Site — Information & Marketing Platform Only

NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about Massachusetts's Medical Use of Marijuana Program and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.

We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, cannabis cooperative, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).

All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services — including evaluations, certifications, and clinical decisions — are provided solely by independent CCC-registered providers who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.

2. Independent Medical Providers

When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party CCC-registered Massachusetts provider. These providers are solely responsible for:

  • Determining whether you have a debilitating condition under applicable Massachusetts law
  • Conducting the telehealth evaluation
  • Making all clinical decisions
  • Issuing or denying any medical marijuana certification in their sole professional discretion
  • Compliance with all applicable Massachusetts laws and CCC regulations including 935 CMR 501.000

We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any provider. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent provider you choose to book with.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any medical marijuana certification, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a provider will accept you as a patient. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent CCC-registered provider at their professional discretion.

4. Eligibility

Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Massachusetts residents with a condition that may qualify under the CCC's program. You must hold a valid Massachusetts ID or equivalent proof of residency to complete your CCC registration.

5. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.

Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent provider's posted policy. NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

If you do not receive a certification following your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Always verify program details with the official Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit illegal activity, to interfere with Site security or functionality, to submit false or misleading information, or to harm others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of this Site.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and design elements, is the property of NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NEWBEDFORDMARIJUANA.CLINIC, IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this Site, your violation of these Terms, your interactions with providers or third parties, or your alleged violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable commercial arbitration rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, private attorney general actions, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court (if eligible) or seek injunctive relief related to intellectual property or unauthorized access in court.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any medical decisions.

Do not use this Site for medical emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide clinical care of any kind. All clinical services are provided solely by independent CCC-registered Massachusetts providers who are responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance.

Medical marijuana may not be appropriate for all individuals. A CCC-registered provider evaluation is required to determine eligibility under Massachusetts law. The use of medical marijuana carries risks and potential side effects. Discuss all risks with your provider before beginning any new treatment.

Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of Massachusetts state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical marijuana costs. For current program details call the CCC at 833-869-6820 or visit masscannabiscontrol.com.

Advertising & Compensation Disclosure

NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We may receive compensation from third-party service providers, including CCC-registered providers and telehealth booking services, for advertising and marketing services. Such compensation is not based on the provision of medical services, patient outcomes, or treatment decisions.

We do not provide medical care, issue certifications, or participate in clinical decision-making in any way. All clinical decisions are made solely by the independent CCC-registered providers you choose to book with.

Nothing on this Site should be construed as a direction, recommendation, or endorsement of any particular healthcare provider or telehealth service.

Acknowledgement of Federal Law

By using this Site, you explicitly acknowledge that NewBedfordMarijuana.Clinic is designed for residents of Massachusetts, where laws regulating the medical use of cannabis are in place. You recognize that medical cannabis patients and practitioners operate in accordance with Massachusetts state law.

Cannabis is categorized as a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Under federal law, the manufacturing, distribution, dispensing, or possession of cannabis is illegal, and individuals engaging in these activities may face arrest and/or prosecution. The medical use of cannabis is not recognized as a valid defense under federal law. Transporting cannabis across state lines constitutes a federal offense.

AI-Generated Imagery Disclosure

All photographs and images displayed on this website, including hero images and any visual depictions of medical practitioners, are AI-generated. These images were created using artificial intelligence image generation tools and do not depict real people, real medical practitioners, real patients, or real locations.

We made a deliberate choice not to use photographs of the actual licensed providers connected through this platform. Like many healthcare professionals, the providers in our network prefer to keep their personal likeness off third-party marketing websites — a standard privacy preference common across telehealth and medical referral platforms regardless of specialty. AI-generated imagery allows us to maintain a professional visual experience while fully honoring that preference.

Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. No real individual has consented to or is affiliated with the imagery used on this Site. Images are used for illustrative purposes only.
